I'm looking for a professional individual who prioritises cleanliness, tidiness, and respects noise levels, and particularly those who predominantly work outside the home.

The space is the top floor of a house which comprises of a kitchen, bedroom, living room, and a bathroom.

The flat is simply decorated, clean, tidy, and fully furnished with fast Wi-Fi. A parking space is available. Situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with green spaces nearby, it offers a peaceful living environment.

I am a personal trainer, nutritionist, life coach and massage therapist and training to become a counsellor. I keep myself well and have been told by the people that I have lived with, that I bring a lot of joy and happiness.

There is an elderly gentleman who lives in the flat below. Hes very laid back, likes to have a chat but mostly keeps himself to himself and uses the bathroom once day in the morning.

You will have a double room and share the upstairs kitchen and bathroom with myself.

It’s a laid back, friendly house and looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, into health and fitness and wellbeing and would like to chat and watch a movie or go out for or eat the occasional meal together.

10 mins walk to Elstree and Borehamwood station.

Bills each month are £100 on top of the rent.
