Looking for a welcoming place to call home? We’re excited to offer a double room in our stylish, modern, and positive household.

About the House:
• Location: Quiet, peaceful area with free parking.
• 292 bus: Just a 2-minute walk away, with direct access to Edgware station, the train station, and a shopping center (all within 10 minutes). From there, central London is easily accessible.

Layout:
• Ground Floor: Spacious kitchen, cozy living room, and laundry area with a dryer available.
• First Floor:
• Your double room, a single room with another tenant (super clean and organized), and a shared bathroom (used only by you and the first-floor tenant).
• Second Floor: A friendly couple in their late 20s with their own private bathroom.

Extras:
• Lovely garden with a BBQ—great for summer hangouts.
• 2 large refrigerators, so there’s plenty of space for everyone.
• Very friendly neighborhood cat often pops by to say hello!

The Room
• Features: Built-in wardrobe, double bed frame, and nightstand (mattress not included).
• Don’t need the bed frame? We can remove it upon request.
• The room will be freshly painted before you move in.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a positive, clean, and friendly individual (sorry, no couples) to join our household. Ideally, you’re aged 25-35 and looking for a respectful and cheerful environment, we’re all in our late 20s and love maintaining a cool, relaxed vibe.
