Description
DOUBLE room available
1. We’re looking for someone who is respectful of others. This includes being mindful of noise, cleanliness, and privacy. We value a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, so it's important that all tenants are considerate of each other.
2. Shared Spaces & Bathroom:
There are 4 bedrooms in the house, with 1 shared bathroom and 2 toilets. Please keep shared spaces tidy and respect each other’s personal time in the bathroom. It’s essential that everyone cleans up after themselves and contributes to maintaining the shared spaces.
3. Our Cat, Aura:
We have an indoor cat named Aura. Please be respectful of her space, and if you’re not familiar with how to interact with cats, feel free to ask. Aura is friendly but needs her space, so please be mindful of her wellbeing.
4. Parking & Garden:
We have 2 parking spaces, but they are currently taken. However, there is easy street parking available. The area is quiet and safe, so parking on the side of the road is convenient.
We also have a small garden which you are welcome to enjoy. Please take care of the garden and keep it tidy.
5. Location:
The house is in a quiet area close to Organ Hall. There’s a Coop shop just a 2-minute walk away, and the shopping center is around a 15-minute walk. The location is ideal for anyone who values peace and accessibility to amenities.
6. Bills & Rent:
The rent is £600 per month, and this includes all bills as well as Wi-Fi.
There is an additional charge of £25 per month for cleaning products and a cleaner who will come regularly to help maintain cleanliness in the shared areas.
7. Payment & Contract:
Rent must be paid by the 1st of every month. A proper contract will be given, outlining all terms and conditions.
A deposit of £600 is required before moving in, which will be held securely.
References will be needed before signing the contract.
8. General House Rules:
Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during late hours.
Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and other shared spaces.
Be respectful of everyone’s privacy.
No smoking inside the house.
We’re looking forward to having a new, friendly, and responsible housemate! If you have any questions or need further details, feel free to reach out.
