🏡 TV brackets have been provided for all rooms, please inform us if you want to set up a TV as we will need to give you the remaining bracket that attaches to the TV and is subject to a max size of 40 inches. You will also need to pay a TV license if you want to watch live TV.
💚 We are very careful in selecting our tenants. We like our households to be friendly, easy-going, and harmonious!
🖊Term - Each tenancy will be for a 6 month minimum tern and is subject to satisfactory referencing checks
🆔Right to Rent – Each applicant will be subject to a right to rent check, this is a government requirement since Feb 2016 and this will be carried out with the referencing checks
