Furnished room with single bed, chest of drawers and good sized wardrobe.. The house is split over 3 floors so doesn't feel crowded.

The other door in the room has shelving for you to dry your towels.

I do not mind if you smoke or vape, but it is not permitted anywhere near the house.

The house is well organised and occupied by full time working professionals.

The shared kitchen is fully fitted and also includes a washer dryer, microwave, 2 fridges and freezers.

The seating area has a sofa, table and chairs.

There is 1 ensuite in the house ( so knocks out a sharer). Then there is the main bathroom and an additional toilet .

Parking in allocated bay

Wifi and all bills included.

Weekly cleaner of shared areas included.

Deposit registered with a DPC.
