Looking for a likeminded flatmate in Borehamwood

Double room available in 2 bed flatshare in Borehamwood. Great location, just off the high street, walking distance from shops, restaurants and 10-15min walk to Elstree and Borehamwood station. Great transport links into London - E&B station is 20mins to Kings Cross, 10mins drive from Edgware, Barnet, Burnt oak and Stanmore stations which jubilee and northern line . Bus stop right outside apartment block. The room and flat are spacious with lots of natural light - would recommend viewing! Bills are not included - council tax, electricity, wifi are paid monthly, heating quarterly and water every 6 months. My former flatmate is happy to sell the bed and wardrobe in the room.

About me:
I’m a secondary school teacher, I am Nigerian, born and raised in Ireland, who is easy going with a decent sense of humour. After work I’m likely taking a nap or cuddled up on the couch reading/watching reality tv. As you can imagine working with kids can be exhausting, I sleep early most days! I like staying in but also up for going out. My friends are over some times and I cook the majority of the time.

I am looking for someone who is clean, friendly, considerate and up for a chat from time to time. The flat is our home so I would like you to be as free as possible. I’d like the flat to feel like a comfy home and not like we’re avoiding each other. I value my alone time also so there is no expectation that we spend all our time together! We would both contribute to chores and cleaning each week as communal areas should be kept tidy.
