This excellent property is a studio on the ground floor of my house but you have your own kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and it is fully furnished with good storage.

We share a front door but then you have your own privacy .

All bills included including wifi, council tax etc and no extra charges - unless you take liberties with the propety!

There is a double bed but it is suitable for a single person.

I will provide a contract, ask for references, security deposit and weekly payment into my bank.

There is off street parking, with no charge but parking on the drive is not possible

7 minute walk to the thameslink station and 5 minutes to the High Street
