I am a live-in landlord looking for a professional female to share my home.

This is a two bedroom house with easy car access to the A1 and M25, as well as Elstree, BBC and Sky Studios. It is also less than a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk to Elstree & Borehamwood station, enabling a quick commute to London (25 minutes to Kings Cross). Off street parking can be arranged however parking on the road is permitted.

The house is furnished and finished to a high specification with a shared kitchen and dining room, shared shower room and garden.
I am looking to rent my second single bedroom.

Wardrobe and additional under bed storage available.

I work from home most days and enjoy quiet evenings at home relaxing and watching TV. I’m looking to share with a clean and tidy professional, seeking a base. Working from home is not permitted.

Nearby (within 15 minutes’ walk) – high-street with pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants. Tesco Megastore, Elstree & Borehamwood station and Borehamwood shopping park. Sky Studios, Elstree Film Studios and BBC Studios are all in walking distance (5-15 minutes), so is ideal for individuals working in those locations too.
