I am a live-in landlord looking for a professional female to share my home.

This is a two bedroom house with easy car access to the A1 and M25, as well as Elstree, BBC and Sky Studios. It is also less than a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Elstree & Borehamwood station, enabling a quick commute to London (25 minutes to Kings Cross). Off street parking can be arranged however parking on the road is permitted.

The house is fully furnished and finished to a high specification with a shared kitchen and dining room, shower room and garden. Kitchen is equipped including fridge freezer, washing machine, air fryer and kitchen utensils.
Iron and ironing board, Dyson vacuum are also available to use.
I am looking to rent my second single bedroom.

Wardrobe and additional under bed storage available.

I work from home most days and enjoy quiet evenings at home relaxing and watching TV. I’m looking to share with a clean and tidy professional, seeking a base. Working from home is not permitted.

Nearby (within 15 minutes’ walk) – high-street with pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants. Tesco Megastore, Elstree & Borehamwood station and Borehamwood shopping park. Sky Studios, Elstree Film Studios and BBC Studios are all in walking distance (5-15 minutes), so is ideal for individuals working in those locations too.
£650 per month - including Wi-Fi and all bills.
