Large Double Room Available In Very Clean House

Hi - I have a lovely very large furnished double room (approx 4m x 4m) available in a newly refurbished house in Borehamwood. This is currently an all female household. There is a shared lounge/diner and garden/patio area. The house is on a quiet road and is 5 minutes walk from a local bus stop and 15-20 minutes walk to Elstree and Borehamwood station.
The house has a shower room in addition to the main bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

The house is like a home from home, with tenants working together with shared cleaning rota's etc. It is exceptionally clean. We are looking for a very clean, considerate professional person to join the household. References will be required.
