1 Bed Flat (Top Floor of House) – Ideal for a Quiet Professional

Im looking for a clean, tidy and mature professional to rent the upstairs of my house, which I’ve converted into a cosy 1-bed flat. The space occupies the second floor of the house and has a calm, homely feel.

It has been newly decorated and includes a brand-new kitchen and bathroom (bathroom is shared). The flat would suit someone who works outside of the home and is looking for a peaceful place to come back to.

An elderly gentleman (My grandad) lives downstairs, so this home would suit someone who is respectful of a quiet environment and who prefers a more relaxed, introverted living situation.

What I’m looking for:
A professional with a full-time job or a mature student who studies/works outside the home.
Someone very clean and tidy (non-negotiable) and organised.

Someone who will look after the flat to the same standard it is kept.
A person who respects a quiet and calm household.
A cleaner can be arranged at an additional cost if preferred.

Single occupancy only (no couples)
Visitors are welcome
Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am
