I have a double bedroom that use to be our guest room and now I would like to find someone to share the flat and potentially can take over after my contract has finished.

Double bedroom with cosy living room and kitchen . Everything is here so you will no longer need to bring any appliances. This is a comfortable place to live in a ground floor flat , near the train station and shops in the city centre.

Bathroom is shared however you might be the only person who will use it as I have my own toilet. Shared kitchen and living room .

I am tidy at home so I will also like someone who respect cleanliness.
Will prefer a Professional and working who have the ability to pay rent on time. Tax and bills will be included in the rent.
