Very nice warm and comfortable double room available from the end of May 2024 in a beautiful, quiet and clean houseshare in Borehamwood that is located in a calm, peaceful, green area.

Suit clean, house-trained, considerate, local working person, female preferred, single occupation only.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, ots of cupboards and shelving. Cost for the double bedroom is £132 per week inclusive of all utility bills (£572 / calendar month), inclusive of all utility bills.

We would require a one month security deposit, two references and rent is payable monthly in advance. One month notice is required should you wish to move on.

Please note our terms are for an unlimited time period but with a minimum of one month notice on either side.

You would share the front and rear gardens, kitchen and living room with male and female mixed nationalities housemates, all are working professionals and are very nice, clean and respectful people!! We would love to have a new tenant of the same mind.

Excellent road links to the North, M1, A1, A5, A406, A41 and the M25 (free street parking).

It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the main Shenley Road and shopping area, and probably 35-40 minutes to get to Elstree and Borehamwood station, but there are local buses from the bottom of the road that go around town plus the 292, 107, 10, 602, 605, 614 and 615 to places such as Colindale, Edgware, Barnet, Hatfield, St Albans, Radlett and Watford.

A high speed train runs every 15 minutes into central London (Kings Cross) and the journey takes around 20 minutes.
