Double room in modern 2nd floor flat

I have a room available in a modern 2 bed top floor flat in Borehamwood, and I am looking for a flat mate.

The flat is on the second (top floor) of a purpose built building, and is down a cul de sac with other flats and townhouses on the same road.

The flat has 2 x double bedrooms, 1 x bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is laminate flooring through out.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main Shenley Road, the shopping area, a large supermarket and a choice of two gyms. There are local buses a minute or two's walk from the flat. The mainline station is a short bus ride or about 20 minute walk. A high speed train runs every 10 minutes into central London (Kings Cross, London Bridge etc) at peak times, which also runs through the night, so no need to put up with a night bus!

A bit about me: 26 year old female professional working in West London. I like to go swimming, pilates, travel, art / culture, film, socialising. I'm fairly quiet during the week as I have to get up early for work Monday to Friday.

I would also consider Monday to Friday lets too, so let me know if this is what you would prefer.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a hamster, called Maisie. She is very lazy and never runs on her wheel, meaning that she is very quiet and inconspicuous. If you don't like hamsters, then this probably isn't the flat for you!

The room is available from 17th February.
