Double Room To Rent In Borehamwood

Hi there, i am looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bedroom flat. The room itself is compact, with a spacious living room. The flat has all mod cons, including wifi, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The landlord has always fixed any issues we've had really quickly so i haven't had any cause for complaint!
It is 10-15mn walk from Elstree station, and ther eis also a bus stop 2mn away from the flat. There are easy links to central london as well as Luton, and buses go to edgware, stanmore and watford. There are shops round the corner and a 24h tesco 10mn walk from the flat so again really convenient.
The rent is £500 a month and bills come up to approximately £130 a month, including boradband.
I am a professional who works quite long hours so when i'm home i like to relax, although i'm always happy to cook and share a meal/ glass of wine! i am looking for someone who is like minded, generally quite laid back, i only ask that we take it in turn to clean and that i am not kept up until 2am on a week day otherwise i'm easy going!
