Single /small double room

Im looking into the possibility of renting out my second room for a short term or long term rent . I am very flexible with this

At the moment it just consists of my shoes :) it is a good size singe room with double wardrobe a double bed would fit depending on how much extra space you would like

Im a very laid back professional who works mon/ fri . I chill some nights and go out some nights

Looking for a relaxed individual whos easy going and clean and tidy

Newly decorated and modern 2 bed flat with lots of parking . Near the holiday in end of bwood. Shared bathroom and living room.
5 min drive to the station and a 25 min walk there are buses available nearer .
15 min walk to tesco and local high street
