It's a peaceful (not a party house) well maintained non-smoking house for clean, responsible and conscientious tenants (preferably male tenants only) . Looking to let to sensible tenant, non-smoker, no-pets, responsible, respectful, clean and tidy. Vegetarians are also welcome.

In addition the house is in ideal location for university Hertfordshire students (1 bus takes 15min to uni). This accommodation is warm*, clean*, respectable and sensible home, where consideration for others, common courtesy and respect for all is upheld making it a harmonise safe & peaceful home for all (nuisance free).
