Self-Contained 1 bed Annex

The Cottage is is a garage converted to an annex and is attached to our house. There is a large open plan living room and kitchen as well as a toilet downstairs. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a toilet/shower room.

As this is officially part of our house we cover all bills and provide wifi. The new double bed is a fixture as is the sofa and dining table downstairs. For the rest the tenant may choose what to keep and we will store the rest.

This is a new conversion with effective underfloor central heating and modern appliances, including fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. There are bifold doors out onto the terrace and shared use of the large garden. Other amenities - hot tub, gym, sauna and garage space by arrangement.

Previous tenancies have been with single women and have worked very well.
