Double room with ensuite for female flatmate

Our tenant of 4 years is sadly moving on and so we have a large double room on offer with lots of storage. There is an ensuite with walk-in shower. There is also a downstairs toilet. We have 2 lounges so you can have your own space or gather together. There is a shared kitchen, dining room and garden. There is room to work from home if required. We have off road parking and on-street permit parking, although a car is not essential as we are convenient for all amenities. We have fast broadband and bills are included.
Our house is on the border of Boxmoor and Hemel town centre with a 23 min walk to Hemel train station or a 5 min walk to the town centre bus station.
As landlords M64 and F60 we come and stay in our own room every few weeks to visit our daughter. We bring two small dogs.
We are looking for a friendly, sociable person who will respect our home.
