Double Room with friendly housemate & 🐱

Furnished, with two living areas, washing machine, dishwasher, and a very friendly cat called Sam. Cleaner comes fortnightly.

Room has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and self-standing wardrobe. High-speed internet included, and scope to store some items in large shed/summer house. Generally easy to find parking on-street or in driveway.

In lovely Boxmoor, just a short walk from Hemel Hempstead station, with trains to Euston. Amazing coffee shop nearby, along with a pharmacy, convenience store, café and several pubs. Can walk to town centre in around 15/20 mins.

There's a downstairs toilet that can be exclusively yours, but currently the shower is accessed through my room, however I'm rarely in there so it's available at most times, and I'm happy to work around people's needs. Current lodger Lenny never had any issues.

I haven't updated photos yet but the house is basically the same as seen!
