A lovely home sharing with myself & my partner, looking for a flatmate - note it’s for single occupancy only -who’s tidy, quiet, respectful & is happy in their own company. Not a party house. Rent includes most of the bills : council tax, water, TV license & High Speed wireless Broadband in a beautiful, modern development. All bills included except for gas & electricity which you will contribute 40% towards each quarter but these are generally quite low where your share will be approx £30/month in spring, summer & autumn months, & averaging approx £45/month in the winter..
A short 4 mins drive to the town centre offering a full range of shops, eateries, coffee shops, a huge leisure centre with indoor & outdoor pools, & 17 mins walk to local railway station (Hemel Hempstead) which gets you into central London in 28 mins. Easy access to motorways if you’re a driver. If you have a car, there is free parking on the residential roads immediately outside the complex & never a problem finding a spot to park. We have a cat living with us.
Room includes its own bathroom with brand new overhead shower & taps, a bath & has great hot water.
Room includes a double bed, triple wardrobe, spacious desk with comfy office chair that’s height adjustable (I can remove chair & desk if u don’t need it), bedside cabinet. Room comes with an ottoman bed with lots of storage underneath entire bed.
Share fully fitted kitchen and communal lounge. Washing machine, dryer, fridge & freezer.
