The location is quiet and leafy, yet extremely close to M25 - J21A, M1 - J6. There is a rail Link 10 minutes walk from the house which takes 10 minutes into Watford Junction station or St Albans. Both these locations have fast trains into London (15-20 mins). There are local shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance and plenty of countryside walks.
