The cottage is situated only 12 minutes from Leavesden Studios, Radlett station, garston and Bricket Wood stations and equidistant from Watford and St Albans.
The room is a large single, bright double aspect room with views over the garden and fields and although it doesn't have an en suite it is situated next to a large bath/shower room.
I would prefer a mon to friday lodger at £475pcm however if I am unable to find a Monday to Friday lodger by the end of September I may consider a full time lodger for £550 per calendar month.
You will require a car as it is one mile down a country lane!
Please note, only clean, careful, tidy and respectful lodgers need apply.
