The double bedroom faces the rear garden and is furnished with a double bed (with under bed storage), 2 wardrobes and a bedside table with 2 drawers. The room is decorated neutrally so can be a “blank canvas” for housemate or left simplistic.

In the kitchen is a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table to seat 8 people.

The property is very near to the town centre, both Knebworth and Stevenage train stations, GSK, AirBus, Tesco (local and superstore), 24 hour Asda. Good public transport connections and off street parking.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower head and mixer taps and is mostly exclusively for house mate use as owner has an en suite.

The house is semi detached with a rear garden and garage.

I am 25 and work as a building surveyor / architectural technician in a family business with my Dad and brother whilst also studying part time. I’m approachable, happy to socialise and do things like cook or eat together, but also enjoy time alone. My hobbies include cooking, dancing, music and yoga.
