Lovely double with relaxing mature garden

I'm Sonja, the friendly live-in landlady, who is mainly at home a majority of the time. I have had several tenants over the years across my homes. Ideally I'm looking for a Mon-Fri set up, which would be my preference! I'm a 6-10 min drive to the local Stevenage train station, half hour by train into London. So if you're a contractor looking for somewhere to stay during the week, save yourself a small fortune from hotels and let's have a chat! However, happy to consider full weeks too dependent on your work situation!

Looking for someone professional who appreciates a quiet home, large relaxing and fully mature garden, some storage available in shed, side entrance available too. The double room is not excessively large, however, there is a very comfortable electric Super King bed in there which has raising head and leg functions, and enough draws and cupboard space for personal items, plus further wardrobe space if required in the spare room.

As my home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is parking outside on a first come first served basis, but 95% of the time there is always parking dependent upon the times of day you are coming home.

I live with a cat, Lucifer. Who is sweet as pie and won't harm a fly. So if you're an animal lover, even better! Unfortunately, I am not in a position to take on someone with another pet, sorry!

Please note rent is £700 Mon-Fri. Short termers are welcome for discussion.

There is a further bedroom which I am personally using but bedrooms can be swapped, should preferences prefer.
