There is a double and single room available with the use of your own bathroom and there is off street parking. The property is located 5 minutes walk away from the station. There is also a large a patio area and front garden. The house is fully equipped.
I am in my late 20’s and I work in the city (so not home a great deal). I am looking for someone of a similar age who is clean, tidy and not into all night raves (non-smoking, nice, normal, respectful, easy to live with, all round good eggs need only apply).
