Brookmans park is a pretty village between Potters Bar and Hatfield. Literally on the doorstep is every amenity that you would require; co-op, post office, hairdressers, takeaways (indian, chinese, fish & chips), dry cleaners etc. And there is a lovely pub across the road too.

The location has fantastic access to the City; it is just a 2 minute walk to Brookman's park railway station and it takes just 23 minutes to get to Finsbury park.

It is close to the Royal Veterinary College's Hawkshead Campus (10 to 15 minute drive) and a 15 minute drive to the Hatfield Campus of the University of Hertfordshire, 15 minutes from Welwyn Garden City and 20 minutes from St Albans. The A414 is 5 minutes away, as is the junction for the A1M
