Although we will be living in the main property which is just facing opposite, it is it's own space and living area, hence the prospective tenants will have the space to themselves (curtain for privacy included) with no worries of being intruded.
WHAT TO EXPECT: This includes your own kitchen fitted with an electric oven and all white goods ( fridge, freezer, washing machine etc). Your own open space living room with dining table and coffee table included, and a extra room for any storage. Access to the property will be through a side gate and we will be providing one car space parking on our drive.
BILLS: We will be providing broadband and council tax , however electricity will be paid by the tenant to us via a 'pay by usage' system
PREFERENCES: We are ideally looking for professional couples to inhabit our property with no children please. Single inhabitants are also welcome to enquire
