Large furnished single Room

Furnished large clean single room to let in large detached house with professional woman and daughter. It is a non smoking house and we have a small pet dog. There is ample room for off street car-parking.
The room has wi-fi and a vanity sink with water supply. It is on the second floor of the house being a newly converted loft room. This is fully heated via the central heating system.
The occupant will have privacy being on the top floor. There is a large bathroom with a bath and toilet on the first floor and also a newly installed separate shower room.
There is a large kitchen diner with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher microwave.

We are near junction 25 of the M25 and within short driving distance of Broxbourne and Cheshunt train stations which go to Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale for the underground. Local buses to Hertford, Hoddesdon and Enfield.

The Brookfield shopping centre is a 5 minute walk consisting of high street clothes shops and a large Tesco and Marks and Spencer. The David Lloyd and Laura Trott fitness centres nearby as is a cineworld in Enfield.
There are ample pubs, restaurants and take-aways etc locally.
Life in our household is warm and friendly we both work, myself part time as a teacher. You can expect a friendly reception but your privacy will be respected as we would hope ours will be. The mornings are not hectic and the shower room will always be free for you.
Ideally this would suit a professional and or someone who is here for 5 days a week or perhaps goes home for weekends.
