Double bedroom / entire place in Broxbourne

We are looking for a non-smoking person, to keep my place neat and tidy while I will be in France.

I will work from there for a year or two, albeit I want to visit from time to time.

For outside fun, there is a garage with bikes and I know plenty of nice places to cycle without any cars.

When the weather is nice, there is a ping-pong table as well. When the weather is not good and need to stay inside, I have a lot of books, board games and films, in English and French.

The flat is between Broxbourne and Cheshunt, 10 minutes walking distance from the Hertford Regional college or Broxbourne college, and 20 minutes from the train station. GSK ware and paradise wild life park are about 10 minutes by car or bus, door to door.

The flat is very comfortable, there are all amenities required. For clothes: wash machine and dryer. For the kitchen: cooker, oven fridge and freezer, coffee and tea maker, etc.

Internet access included, large TV, Blu-ray, set-top-box, etc...
