Friendly easy going female needs a housemate. Location is more Cheshunt than main Broxbourne.

2 bed house with a cosy double room available. I’d like to share with someone that can treat it as their home & not just feel like a lodger
The room has a king size TV bed with luxury mattress. Small built in wardrobe. Lots of drawer space. Storage space elsewhere plus a loft.

Full use of the kitchen, lounge, bathroom & garden as you wish.

It has a small fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine. Enough room to do what you need to do

Close to shops, restaurants & pubs. Plus around the corner from Brookfield shopping Centre, Tesco, M&S, Next, Boots, Costa, Argos & Autocare.

Cheshunt train station is just over 1.5 miles away, with easy access to Liverpool Street Station 20 minutes away and 15 minutes to Tottenham Hale.

Bus stops either direction are seconds walk away.

Bills included, plus fibre-optic broadband and Virgin TV. Parking available. Safe neighbourhood.

Would suit a person looking for a friendly & relaxed atmosphere. Don’t mind a chat or keeping ourselves to ourselves.
Someone with a bit of common sense on too
Preferably who leaves by approx by 6.45am - bathroom rush hour :)
