2 Double rooms in a 3 bed house- quiet area.

There are 2 rooms available. Upstairs is newly decorated so new carpets, furniture and furnishings. New double glazing throughout the house and upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet recently refurbished. The house is centrally heated with a combi boiler, so there's instant hot water too. The house has all mod cons but the downstairs is in need of modernisation. NB this section will be decorated at some point- we are quite flexible- we will work around your schedule-and a rent reduction will be be applied at this time.
You will have access to the whole house and although it is advertised as a house share- I am mostly not there. The house is in a quiet area, in a cul de sac with good local amenities in the nearby high street. However, a car would be more convenient for full access to Buntingford and surrounding busier towns.
We are looking for responsible, easy going, professionals, who DO NOT smoke.
