Spacious 1 Dble room in a 3 bed semi- quiet area

I have available one spacious double room in a quiet residential area, within 10 mins walk of Buntingford High Street. The bedroom has been recently decorated and refurbished so carpets, furniture and furnishings are new. In fact all upstairs is newly decorated as is the downstairs toilet and new double glazing throughout. Kitchen is fully functional with mod cons such as a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and gas oven but is dated ( I am hoping to get this done at some point this year. I am flexible with timings and will work around you). I have reflected this aspect in the lower than usual rent) I am looking for a responsible, professional person who does not smoke. If a couple want to rent one room, there will be an additional charge of £50 pm.
