Spacious 2 Dble rooms in a 3 bed semi- quiet area

I have available two spacious double rooms in a quiet residential area, within 10 mins walk of Buntingford High Street. The bedrooms have been recently decorated and refurbished so carpets, furniture and furnishings are new. In fact all upstairs is newly decorated as is the downstairs toilet and new double glazing throughout. The downstairs is dated though. This includes kitchen. It is fully functional with mod cons such as a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and gas oven but will need to be renewed at some point. ( I will be doing this at some point this year but I am flexible with timings and will work around you. I have reflected this aspect in the lower than usual rent. Rent will not increase until after 6months of work being completed. It will increase by only 10%). I am looking for a responsible, professional person who does not smoke.
