I have a single room available for rent, ideally from Monday to Friday.
The room has ample storage and I am happy for professionals to leave belongings in the wardrobe if you are staying for multiple weeks.
You would be welcome to use the kitchen and the living room with TV. Your bedroom also has a brand new 24" smart TV with DVD player built in. The TV has all apps such as iPlayer and Netflix available.

The flat is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which gives easy access to Watford, Stanmore, Harrow and Edgware train stations so transport to London is very easy from here. Bushey high street is 10 minutes walk away with convnience stores and takeaways.

All bills are included, including access to broadband.

For longer term lets there will be a £400 deposit required.
