The monthly rent for the loft room for a single person’s occupancy is £630. And one-month deposit of £630 is needed. This includes all utilities (including BT super fast broadband) + council tax.

The house is situated in a quiet, safe and convenient residential area. It's located by the M1 and M25. 10 minutes drive away from Tesco Extra, Sainsbury’s and ASDA superstore. Local amenities such as pubs / David Lloyd / Bushey Grove Leisure Centre / Costco/ Top Golf / corner shops/ restaurants are just round the corner.

I and my wife are teachers. One existing lodger is a 38-year-old European professional.
