Double room with ensuite in charming modern house

My husband and I are looking to rent out an unfurnished double bedroom with its own master bathroom to a working professional female. The place itself is a 4-bed 2-bath (and 1 WC) house to in a peaceful leafy part of Bushey . The property is walking distance from the high street, 5-mins walk to bus stops to Stanmore (15-min bus ride) and Bushey station (c.20 mins to Euston). A little about us, we’re both in our 30s and are working professionals. We work from home 3/4 days a week and are accompanied by our little 3-year old British short hair who’s very well-mannered, friendly and independent (so you need to be a cat lover and not allergic!).
