Watford Rail Station is a 10-minute drive or easily accessible by bus
Multiple options for getting back from London late: Northern Line to Edgware or Jubilee Line to Stanmore, followed by a short bus ride. A taxi from these stations is about £15 if you're really tired

The house mate is

36, clean, and tidy
Working full time. Commuting to London for work three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and working from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Hobbies include yoga, HIIT classes, reading, house renovations, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
