The kitchen and a toilet are also on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is the en-suite and a bathroom. The third bedroom is a study/office available to someone working from home. There is also a well developed garden with trees, herbs and flowers with garden furniture to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

I’m looking for a housemate who is an easygoing, quiet, professional female and keeps tidy. Even if the room is double, it is not available for couples. As I am not the owner, I would like a housemate who is willing to be on the lease agreement.
