A warm, very independent householder is looking for a reliable Homesharer to live in a beautiful 2-bed / 2-bath apartment and offer 10–15 hours per week of practical help and friendly companionship.

The arrangement
Licence fee: £190 per month (affordable accommodation)
Home: 2 bed / 2 bath apartment
Parking: available

Key requirement: a reassuring presence, especially evenings/overnight (company + security)
Support needed (10–15 hrs/week)

Friendly companionship and general conversation (householder is talkative and would enjoy good company)
Light household help / day-to-day support as agreed (non-personal care)
