The flat has a large open plan living and (furnished) kitchen area, a private balcony, and secure underground parking, making it a comfortable and relaxed place to live. The living space is bright and modern, with large doors opening onto the balcony which is great in the warmer months.

The part-furnished room includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers. I currently have a bed and sofa in the room that belong to me and will be taken when I move out, so the new tenant would have the opportunity to bring their own bed and set the space up how they prefer.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, which includes both a bath and shower, so you won’t need to share as the other flatmate has his own en-suite.

The development is quiet and well kept, with good transport links. Bushey station is around 10-15 minutes away with fast connections into London Euston. Watford High Street, shops, gyms and restaurants are also nearby.

You would be sharing with one other professional who is friendly, respectful and easy to live with. The flat has a relaxed and tidy atmosphere and we’re looking for someone similar.
