Room in 3 bed House

Hi, my housemate and I will have a room available in early November as our other housemate is moving out. We will be signing on for another 12 months of renting and will require that a new tenant can commit to that.

Photos are from Rightmove listing from Nov25, the room is unfurnished, but all common areas have been furnished by us.

The deposit is about £846, but the site won't let me post that because the room has a reduced rate due to it's size.

We both have practical jobs in Film/TV so we do a little bit of DIY around the house ourselves, we maintain the garden and try to split other chores equally.

The drive can fit two cars on and we both drive, but there is also plenty of space on the road for one of our cars.
