Watford Town Centre and Watford Junc. main line Station, Watford underground and Bus terminus are appx. 10mins walk away and the MI/A41 3 mins drive.

A clean friendly sociable professional who is sensible and reasonably quiet and considerate is sort for the room.

I am a live-in landlady, interested in most things and I have one Tenant at present. We are both very sociable. The house is always clean and is well run.

The room comes fully furnished, not overlooked, and has a nice view. Plenty of wardrobe, cupboard and worktop space, and plenty of electric wall sockets.

You only need to supply your food and personal things (incl bed linen).

Parking on the house driveway is available and parking in the roadway is also available. No permits needed.

Kitchen and Utility is very spacious and well stocked with mod cons, and has a breakfast table.

The double garage can be used as a gym, extra storage or parking a bike if required.

The garden is large, very attractive and has seating.

High-speed broadband throughout the house.

Security is supplied by alarms and short range cameras.

A Lodger Agreement is supplied. Rates (E) is inclusive, as is power, and broadband. Ref and Deposit are required.

Working from home is available, but needs agreement.
