As the loft leads off the living room, the design of this means, privacy is maintained by a curtain also the loft leads into the living room where the door can be locked for privacy.

Central hearing, wall shower (not power shower), garden, washing machine, dishwasher, Internet, extra heater and fan provided for the loft if needed. All bills included.
