Why be a property guardian?

Our guardians get the opportunity to live in high quality buildings and places with large amounts of space at their disposal.

They get to experience many different locations which may otherwise be out of reach financially. Guardians do not have to pay any utility bills or council tax and can expect a licensing fee of £50 – £100 per week.

This is the only cost they have to pay for their accommodation and they are free of the stress of dealing with utility companies and councils.

The building is an ex-care home with showers, rooms, garden, etc. It is close to Bushey Overground Station, 10 mins to Willesden Junction.

If you are interested please reply asap with times and days available to view early next week (Monday if possible). We will require guardians to occupy the building after on-site interview. Those who can move first will receive discount.

You can view during the day Monday-Friday. Please specify when you are free? Up to 6. 30/7pm latest. Not weekend.

We will require;

A photocopy or photo of passport
3 month bank statements proving income
Two references (employer & tenancy)
£300 deposit & the first months fee (£200)
