Big airy lovely double room.

Hello there. I have a bright, spacious, clean double bedroom to rent with lots of wardrobe space in a pretty cosy modern terraced house. It has all mod cons, best BT broadband and the bedroom is right next door to bathroom which has a corner bath and power shower. There is another loo downstairs. Although the house is situated in a very quiet cul de sac there is a footpath by house that leads to High Street so 2 min walk to buses that go to Bushey overground station ( 20 mins to Euston) and Stanmore underground. It is a 10 minute bus ride to Watford. We are surrounded by lovely pubs and lots of eateries and a two minute walk to a beautiful park. I am looking for a friendly easy going happy person who is very clean and tidy and has a full time job. Please do not apply if you are a smoker. I very much look forward to hearing from you.
