Please note: all personal belongings must be stored within your room, as there is no additional storage space in the house.

In the kitchen, you’ll have your own brand-new fridge and a dedicated cupboard, plus shared access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A cleaner visits once a month to take care of the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.

• Very close to Cheshunt train station, with direct trains to Liverpool Street in about 15 minutes.

• On-street parking is available outside the house.
• Just 5 minutes by car to junction 25 of the M25.
