The room is the largest room in a house in EN8 8QN - Cheshunt area - ground floor room, Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, study table, and chair - attached toilet and shower room.
As you enter the house, separate door to the room and another door to the main part of the house.

reliable and honest

We are looking for:
a non-smoking, working/professional female
someone who is not usually home in the daytime
a non-problematic person
11 months to start with (can discuss longer terms)

We are asking for:
£650/pcm in advance plus 1/4 of all bills
£650 deposit
