Single room in lovely house with large garden

Hello,

My brother and his friend have recently moved into my house in Cheshunt and looking for a 3rd house mate.
The are both Canoe Slalom athletes. 21 and 25. Lovely guys, very laid back. Looking for someone kind and considerate of a similar age to join.

About the House:
3 bed house
Newly renovated
Huge garden
Backs onto the nightly playing fields
Driveway for 2 cars and free street parking

Room available is the small single room. There is a large cupboard in the room which can be used as a wardrobe. Haven't got a photo of the room with the bed yet.

20 min walk to Cheshunt station. Direct trains to Liverpool Street in 20 Mins - Via Tottenham Hale

Room is available from 15th April 2024. Viewings can be arranged for Sunday 31st March

First months rent and deposit (one month rent) will be required upfront.

Bills for the house are roughly £300 per month, this will be split evenly between the 3 tenants.
Inc - gas, electric, water, council tax
