Hiya, my name is Armend - I am a live-in landlord and I am currently looking for a young, outwards-looking and social roommate to live with me in my two bedroom flat! I am a Spanish teacher at an inner London secondary school; I love travelling, art, architecture and being active :)
The flat is part of a new-build development right in the heart of Cheshunt and has very good links both to London and to the rest of Herts. Cheshunt Train Station is within a 5-7 min walk of the flat and trains to Liverpool Street can take you into central London in under 30 mins.
The room I am advertising is a lovely, bright east-facing room that is ready furnished with a space-saving wardrobe and a KING sized bed! As well as the room, you will have exclusive access to the main bathroom of the flat - featuring a sizeable bath-tub - which, although not en-suite, is directly opposite the room.
The flat features a very spacious shared living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony with outdoor furniture that is super-nice during a hot day - especially since the flat is on the top floor.
The monthly price of this is £900 pcm. This price includes rent, utilities bills (incl. water and electricity) and unlimited internet usage.
