I am hoping this ad falls on eyes that might be interested to live with a mid-30s working mother and her very delightful 8yr old daughter.
Currently based in Bristol, we are planning to move to Cheshunt, North London/South Herts in the next couple weeks.
We have found and put a depositi down for a beautiful 3 bed house with a massive garden and drive and lots of space. I had a buddy up but it fell through with him unfortunately and I need to find a new one ASAP. The agent Sam is absolutely wonderful. He will happily show you the place at your convenience, just wants to find the right person. I can share you his contact and the link for the place.
I do need to move fast so serious tenants only please! We are lovely people and it's a great location, ten min walk to Cheshunt station. I love the area. My 8yr old girl will go to the school opposite. She's easy peasy and you will enjoy her singing and playing I'm sure.

We are kind and chilled out to live with. Happy for you to have friends over etc, just can't afford rent alone! The tenancy starts on the 7th December.
