Seeking nice housemate for double room, big house!

Hello ladies and gents.

I am hoping this ad falls on eyes that might be interested to live with a mid-30s working mother and her very delightful 8yr old daughter.
Currently based in Bristol, we are planning to move to Cheshunt this Saturday 7th December.
We have secured a tenancy for a beautiful 3 bed house with a massive garden and drive and lots of space. It is in a nice area of Cheshunt, school opposite. Am looking to talk to people who would be interested to house share either short term or long term.
I have a link and a two minute video I can share.. The place is large and you would have the good size double with the desk. It's a lovely house with gorgeous garden and huge garage! We are kind and chilled out to live with. Happy for you to have friends over etc. The tenancy starts on the 7th December so I would be keen to find someone for then. Bills i would appreciate help with but happy to figure something out - we can keep costs low.
