Hi. Available room for rent in big, clean and quiet house. Family house. We are originally from Lithuania, but as well we speak english, polish and russian. No kids, only adults in the house.
We have a cat and 2 little dog's (Yorkshire terrier). They are quite and clean. No any pet's smell in the house. In the house is 4 bedrooms. Your bedroom is on the top floor (loft). In your room is microwave, kettle and fridge (next door). So it's available to make some snacks. Kitchen available too (on the ground floor).
On the ground floor it's your bathroom (we using family bathroom on the first floor).
High speed internet.
Only for not smoking person.
Location:: 1 min walk to bus station, about 25 min walk to train and overground station.
Room is available from 2 January.
600£ a month. 300£ deposit
